19歲的齊天（甘望星 飾）在高中時被譽為短跑天才，擁有令人矚目的“黃金腳踝”，但過度的關注和壓力使他在賽場上常常表現不佳。因此考入星河大學之後，他決定隱藏自己的才能，享受無憂無慮的大學生活。然而，學校裏的風雲人物——短跑明星薛亦然（靳驍 飾）不知何故對齊天十分關注，頻繁試探他的跑步實力，進入他的生活並試圖讓他展示出真正的潛力，令齊天苦惱不已。 齊天意外發現星河大學的田徑社是一個無人問津、快要廢棄的興趣社團，隻有兩個不靠譜的社員和一個即將退休的教練。為了學分，也為了悠閑度日，齊天報名加入田徑社，希望在這裏享受閑散的生活。然而，薛亦然緊跟著加入田徑社，齊天的計劃被打亂了。 平靜的田徑社因為新成員的加入逐漸改變，在一係列事件中，齊天與薛亦然、艾子集（麥吾蘭 飾）和吳天賦（周彥哲 飾）一起解決了社團內部的矛盾，團結了起來。在薛亦然的引導與團隊的支持下，齊天最...
