1992 劇情簡介： 大學生鈴木一郎（渡浩之 飾）是一個其貌不揚的青年，但他卻有著不為人知的神奇能力。他自幼就能看到遊離在身邊的鬼魂，並能與他們交談，不過鈴木始終對這個能力懵懵懂懂。 聖誕前夜，他搬到一幢新的公寓。原本收拾房間便是一件讓人心煩的事情，偏偏還有很多不知趣的人前來打擾。鈴木煩躁地送走許多不速之客，但是有那麽幾個人讓他無計可施。俏皮可愛的娜娜（鈴木蘭々 飾）和她的夥伴馬爾（Dave Spector 飾）執意要進入鈴木的房間，雙方為此展開神奇而有趣的攻防戰，鈴木更被他們好好捉弄了一番。不過他最終得知，娜娜一行人原來是天上派下來的天使，他們要在聖誕夜為孤魂野鬼們熬製溫暖靈魂的鬼湯，鈴木的房間剛好就是鬼魂即將聚集的所在……
