《天使之心》劇情簡介
故事開始於1955年的紐約布魯克林區，哈裏·安格爾（米基·洛克 飾）是個胡子不剃、不停抽煙的私家偵探，專門調查離婚案。一天，一個自稱叫路易斯·賽佛雷（羅伯特·德尼羅 飾）的神秘外國人找到了他，要他去尋找一個叫弗沃裏特的歌唱家。這項任務錢很多，看起來也很輕鬆，哈裏就接受了。 但是，哈裏在調查中發現，自己所接觸的每個與這件事情有關的人，都逐一被殺害：醫生福勒、瑪格麗特（夏洛特·蘭普林 飾）、黑人音樂家圖茨、伊桑。漸漸他發覺到事情的嚴重與神秘，自己也深陷其中，無法自拔。
本片改編自威廉·喬茲伯格的小說《墮落天使》。
