又是一年萬聖節到來，青年男女湧上街頭，縱情娛樂，狂魔亂舞。妖冶女孩安吉拉（香奈兒·伊麗莎白 Shannon Elizabeth 飾）通過郵件通知大家參加萬聖節派對，舉辦地就設在布魯薩爾德莊園，麥迪·柯迪斯（莫妮卡·金娜 Monica Keena 飾）、莉莉（迪奧拉·貝爾德 Diora Baird 飾）、蘇珊娜（波比·蘇·盧瑟 Bobbi Sue Luther 飾）等女孩應邀前往。該莊園曾經發生過恐怖的事件，前主人劉易斯（Michael Arata 飾）的太太伊凡傑琳（Tatyana Kanavka 飾）吊頸自殺，血濺滿地，這個傳說恰好在萬聖節吸引了無數尋求刺激的時尚男女。然而就在派對最高潮時，恐怖事件接連發生，似乎青年們的歡聲笑語攪擾了這座房子裏沉睡的惡靈…… 本片翻拍自1988年的同名作品。
