《驚心動魄》劇情簡介
雯雯（鍾麗緹 飾）有一個疼愛自己的老公啟諾（方中信 飾），有個不幸童年的雯雯非常享受如今幸福的生活，但一張詭異的光碟改變了她的一切。光盤裏奇怪的男人對雯雯說，她即將會失去她的一切，她的身份，她的丈夫。
在她與丈夫3周年紀念日當晚，夫婦倆發生了車禍，當雯雯醒來之後，她身邊的人開始不認得她，就連自己最愛的丈夫也一樣。每個人都稱呼她為Fiona——啟諾的女秘書（侯莎莎 飾），明顯二人互換了身份。驚恐無助的雯雯弄不懂真假，當她十分失望之際，她遇到了以前男友的妹妹Candy（郭心淇 飾），這是唯一仍認得她是雯雯的人。但不久Candy也死於車禍，雯雯隻好靠自己尋找事情的真相。
原來那是一個密謀已久的計劃。
