在不遠的將來，美國總統布什第四次獲得連任，他解散國會，在世界範圍內散播戰火，為了能源源不斷的提供兵源，政府研製了能夠將人化為僵屍戰士的病毒，豈料病毒擴散，軍方派遣一支精英小隊平息事端，一名隊員被咬傷後逃走……
脫衣舞俱樂部“犀牛”中，老板艾斯寇（羅伯特?英格蘭德 Robert Englund 飾）迎來了新人傑西，暗戀傑西的小夥子戴維斯亦隨之潛入犀牛。當夜舞女們的表演令一票觀眾瘋狂，突然被僵屍咬齧的戰士當場將當家舞女凱特（詹娜?詹姆森 Jenna Jameson 飾）咬死，誰知凱特死而複生，並因病毒在女性身上可以保持純潔的特性而未喪失理智，僵屍化的凱特舞技大增，一幹舞女因無法忍受被觀眾忽視紛紛獻身僵屍，隻顧賺錢的艾斯寇決定將事情隱瞞，僵屍舞女們在犀牛中大放光彩……
