《死開啲啦》劇情簡介
圓月之下的寂靜地盤，努力工作中的「黑工」無意中弄醒了一名長期住客，「他」就是身穿洋服的鄧顯祖。 醒後的祖走進繁榮都市，眼下盡是繽紛喧嘩地道的港人生活，此時，餓上百年的他卻遇上為情自殺的港女APPLE，這機緣讓他倆走在一起。 饑餓的祖尾隨著APPLE，卻又錯有錯著的替她趕走收樓職員。APPLE的祖母 (卿) 提出收留，好利用祖以抗外敵！自此，港女APPLE與鍾情粵劇但性格神化的卿、潦倒英籍租客DICKENS和來曆不明的祖共同生活。APPLE父 (權) 極力遊說卿交出業權。為此父女二人勢成水火，但卿卻處處維護這獨生子，作為孫女兒的APPLE隻感獨力難支，祖向APPLE不停開解，此時地產商已蠢蠢欲動，已發動第二波的收樓行動。 職員匯報行動中怪事重重，英為確保收樓順利，特意派出道士、神父兩大高手前往對付，祖卻不用大開殺戒，輕鬆擊退二人。為保障利益，地產商不容即將興建的大型骨灰龕場和一連串主題發展有所延誤，故決定派手下 (英) 把障礙鏟除。 最後關頭，殭屍皇出現。 此刻的祖活像一頭發瘋了的野獸，拚命的與殭屍皇搏鬥………
